Ehsan Etezad
Ehsan Etezad, PhD(c) in Applied Organizational Psychology, is the Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Weekly Performance Science, a globally recognized newsletter that reaches over 16,000 leaders and executives. He specializes in psychological health & safety and building healthy high performance teams and culture. Ehsan has over 16 peer-reviewed publications in academic journals and conferences. He serves as a board member at AboutFace, a national health charity focused on people with facial differences, and mentors HR professionals through CPHR mentorship program.
Ali Etezad, MBA(c), M.Eng., P.Eng., P.GSC, PMP, is the Co-Founder of Weekly Performance Science, a globally recognized newsletter that reaches over 16,000 leaders and executives. With over a decade in construction and project management, he has led teams and delivered impactful capital projects across Canada’s private and public sectors. He provides strategic leadership, overseeing financial, legal, and operational functions to enhance efficiency and growth. His expertise in governance, financial acumen, and stakeholder engagement strengthens the company’s long-term success. He also mentors young professionals in career advancement through The Prosperity Project and advocates for inclusive leadership.
SJ Kee, CPA, CA, is a dynamic entrepreneur and a fractional CFO with experience ranging from startups to multi-billion-dollar global organizations. He specializes in providing bold and innovative financial leadership to industry leaders, helping companies scale efficiently and navigate complex financial landscapes. SJ currently serves as fractional CFO for multiple high-growth companies and as Board Chair at PeaceGeeks, a tech nonprofit empowering communities through digital tools in the pursuit of peace. Outside of work, he is a proud dad to two young children. He enjoys running, skiing, rugby, and hiking, and is an avid traveler on a mission to see the world firsthand.
Sam Pournezhad, PharmD, is a Scientific Advisor at MEUS Science. He specializes in critical care and practices at Grady Hospital’s Neurosurgery and Neurocritical Care Unit in Atlanta, as well as its emergency room and the Emory Hospital System. He is also an Assistant Professor at Touro University and Mercer University, where he contributes to clinical pharmacy education. Sam chairs the Outreach Program for the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) Southeast Chapter, covering seven states. Beyond his clinical and academic roles, he is a health influencer, sharing medical insights on YouTube, podcasts, and X to promote public health awareness.
